We all know how important clear communication is but we also have been in situations where we just can’t seem to find the right words to share what we’re thinking or how we’re feeling. Or maybe in the moment, we know exactly what we want to say but need to rush off to the next appointment. By the time we get around to it, the words elude us!

Many of us have felt the pang of disappointment when life gets busy and we didn’t get that birthday card, congratulatory card or just a thank you note to express our thoughts out on time.
